MISSION STATEMENT
The Santa Lucia Preserve is a new way of recapturing and completing an old idea while taking it to a new height. We are creating on this majestic, natural landscape a small but sustainable community that will, as it develops, permanently protect the spectacular landscape that surrounds shelters and nurtures everyone who settles within it. We call it a “Community Preserve” to reflect twin purposes – community and preservation. We welcome you to join our commitment to create the Santa Lucia Preserve. Everyone associated with the Santa Lucia Preserve is dedicated to nurturing and protecting one of the great coastal California landholdings while enhancing the experience of modern rural life for the people living and working at The Preserve.
