John Buttemiller, Mark Baxter and Kris McAulay.

John Buttemiller

John has been selling high-end private club real estate since 1998. Before joining the Preserve Land Company, he spent 9 successful years working for Discovery Land Company at their developments in Arizona and Texas. Upon college graduation, John’s lifetime passion for golf led him to begin his career as a golf professional. He then he made a natural transition into selling golf real estate. John prides himself in his devotion to family, client satisfaction, persistence to duty, and community relations.  John with wife Sara are proud parents of daughter Natalie and son Henry.

 

Mark Baxter

Mark is a native of Atlanta and Georgia Tech Grad whom enjoyed a 27-year career with Delta Air Lines in various management capacities. Upon retirement in 2006 he began his real estate career with Traditions Management and came to the Preserve in 2007 where he was an integral part of the real estate sales team.  Golf being a passion, Mark competed in 2009-2011 on three Senior Amateur Golf Tours with numerous victories and awards.  Mark and his wife June are excited to be back home at the Santa Lucia Preserve.

Kris McAulay

Kris has over 18 years of successful experience in real estate, escrow and business management. She specializes in negotiation, contracts and facilitating the interpretation and understanding of the information involved in a transaction. Kris has extensive knowledge and experience acquired as a professional mediator, facilitator and trainer as well as a Masters degree in Organizational Leadership.
